Usability Testing with 12 defined set of users for the existing insurance plans, coordinate with the insurance company team and share the research analysis report.
Purpose of the Project.
•Conduct a study with sales staff to get insights on the sales process and feedback on the insurance forms filling process using eApp and Netbanking.
•Conduct study with end users and gather insights on the current form filling experience on the website to understand where it stands with respect to: Task success rate, Time spent on task, Error rate
•Identify users who complete the task of form filling, time taken by each user, potential show-stoppers and drop-off points. Randomized order for each participant to avoid learning bias and Retrospective method used for probing to ensure accuracy in recording time on task.
Key Responsibility Areas. 
Understood the plans and created Observation Log sheet document for tracking the user tasks and findings for each plan along with other support during analysis.
Team Coordination for mock test preparation and other documents
Worked on analysis report for daily debriefing for all participants, data collection, identification of the analysis report 
The Approach - What All Worked.
- Observing the users and logging details for various tasks.

- Understanding the users who completed the tasks, time taken by them and finding the number of times the users committed critical and non-critical errors for the 3 plans shared by client.
- Debriefing the users’ findings and discussing/sharing the details with team on daily basis.
- Maintaining the log sheet details and updating with any additional findings from the videos wherever required.
